Shipping and Returns
Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days Monday-Friday (excluding weekends & holidays). If your order is placed before noon PST it may ship out from our warehouse the same day - we strive to ship as quickly as possible! If your order is placed on the weekend it will be processed on Monday. From time to time we do experience delays due to large order volumes, if this is the case it may delay your shipment date by 1-3 business days. At all times however, we do our best to get your order out to you promptly. All lead times shown through the website are estimates through third party shipping companies (Canada Post or UPS), and Art Of Pottery is not responsible for any delays.
We care very much about your package and we make every effort to ensure that each piece of your pottery is sufficiently protected during the trip to its new owner. For the best eco-friendly protection, Art Of Pottery uses Geami WrapPak system and double wall boxes.
$19 Flat Rate
For our Canadian Customers we offer $19 Canada Wide Flat shipping rate through Canada Post Expedited service, with estimated delivery time of 2-7 business days. Should you desire to receive your pottery sooner, at the checkout you will have an option to choose a different service via Canada Post or UPS.
Other Services and Locations
Shipping charges will vary based on the weight of your package and your location. Customers from outside North America, please contact us for a shipping rate at email@example.com. All packages are shipped from Port Moody, British Columbia. You can check the delivery options and cost by entering the destination postal or ZIP code once the pottery is in the shopping cart. You can skip this step and go straight to the checkout where the shipping cost will be calculated as well.
Your package may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or tariffs. Payment of such charges is the responsibility of the recipient and is usually collected upon delivery. Customs policies vary widely from state to state and country to country. Therefore, we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order.
At Art Of Pottery we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery for a full refund with the returned product. Merchandise purchased from Art of Pottery may be returned in “as-new” condition and in the original packaging. Items that show wear and tear will not be accepted for a refund.
Please note the actual cost of shipping the item to you will not be credited or refunded. We do not pay for return shipping or provide a pre-paid label. The customer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs as well as any other expenses incurred to return the item to Art of Pottery. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Package Inspection Upon Arrival
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 5 days of delivery. Claims received after 5 days of delivery will be subject to the respective carrier’s warranty policies.
